Inside the 936-square-foot cabin

The cabin is compact at 936 square feet, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and an open living area. The real log walls, wood ceilings, vintage furnishings, quilts, and art reflect the cabin's history.

Two proper bedrooms with 14-inch luxury pillow-top mattresses, plus a pull-out sofa bed, sleep up to five guests. One wood-paneled bath with a tub, a full kitchen, and a living room with books and games provide sleeping space for up to five guests.

The bathroom has a tub with shower, wood-paneled walls, towels, and the fancy soap we keep stocked for guests.

Living Space

The main living space

The living room runs the width of the cabin under a vaulted wood ceiling, with an art wall, a stocked bookshelf, and the kitchen nearby. The gas fireplace and heat are useful in spring and fall, and the cabin has air conditioning for warmer days.

The room also has a 43-inch Frame TV, a portable speaker, cards, and board games.
